Decker

... is a multimedia sketchpad in the tradition of HyperCard. Make a Deck, draw on your Cards or import images, stick some widgets on it and there you go!

At a baseline, it's a very nice no-code interactive thing maker, whether your thing is a game or a zine or a small program for your own use. And you can do a lot more if you don't mind a Lil' bit of scripting.
